In February of 2006, Impact Tool & Die purchased Richsal Corporation.
Richsal Corporation was started in 1989 by Richard Sochacki, and had been servicing the carbide tooling industry for 17 years.
Impact Tool & Die will continue and expand upon the tradition of excellence and delivery that was the hallmark of Richsal Corporation.
